The Publications of the Seto Marine Biological Laboratory (P-SMBL) are issued by Seto Marine Biological Laboratory, Kyoto University.

 All papers on P-SMBL can be downloaded on line.

INVITATIONS FOR PAPERS

Publications of the Seto Marine Biological Laboratory is a peer-reviewed, open-access, online and print, rapidly published international journal that covers all fields of marine biology and other related fields of science.

Anyone who has interests in those fields can submit papers.

Accepted papers are published within one month online through “KURENAI”, Kyoto University Research Information Repository Service (https://repository.kulib.kyoto-u.ac.jp/dspace/handle/2433/72814).

• There is no page charge and no limit in manuscript length in the online edition.   
• Publication of color figures or photographs in the online edition is free of charge.
• Printed reprints of papers can be produced for purchase by authors at cost to authors.
• Authors are given free e-reprint upon publication.
